Working principle:

Setup site button in the place where you need to patrol, the site button stores the guard tour geographic information, the guard carry the recorder, when he arrives patrol point will only have access to the site button which is mounted on the wall (or other supporting materials on). When hear "tick" a sound, the red light look bright, that means the patorl time, location and other data automatically recorded in the recorder. When the guard finishes his patrol, he just needs to insert the recorder into the downloader and then the stored data will be transferred from the recorder to the connected computer within a few seconds. The management software will display the patrol route, the arrival time at each site button and any missed patrol points. A patrol report can be generated finnally.

Software Management:

The operation system is WINDOWS98/2000/XP, Chinese and Enlish menu and help system, operation is easy.

Functions: Register patroller, set patrol time, set patrol plan, patrol point edit(including add or delete patrol points, patrol point name and change number), collect patrol record, record data deal (backup, print, inquiry and so on), system management(change password, choose serial port and so on.
